2020

The 2020 vision.

This was an immersive audio-visual show performed by NATP in the Studio Theatre of HKAPA. In 2020 we have all been in a state of anxiety and sadness, we all have emotions that are difficult to express in words or language, therefore we chose to present it with stage lighting, projection, music, and art installations, in order to release the inner world of NATP and the audience. By using an advance surround sound engine to configure the multiple speakers system, and the combination of lighting element, visual projection and ambience music, we were able to create an immersive atmosphere for the audience and expand the limited space with the unlimited creativity. Unlike the way we used in “420 Bad Trip”, the set in “2020” was designed to build a tunnel with nine 3m height pine wood on each side, which made the standing area of the audience very directional.
